What-if they just helped one another out–at no charge? They actually did it to cut the price of the home down and to be in a position to pay it off in a shorter period of time? Now, what-if this bunch of people went farther than that? What-if, they took their gifts, information, crafts, and past-times to the world outside and sold them at whatever folk would pay? What-if the Land Owner agreed to these activities on his land for a bit of the action? A land lease? Now, you're most likely beginning to see a larger picture–one that will and can change the way real-estate, Home Buyer’s and Land Owner’s do business together.
